Our Technology Services Team are recruiting for an Acturis Application Support Engineer.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing second-line support and ongoing operational management of the Acturis Insurance Platform, alongside other insurance policy administration and related business systems.

The role acts as a key point of contact between business users, product owners, and technology teams to ensure systems operate effectively, incidents are resolved promptly, and Associates are enabled to make the most of the technology available to them.

The position combines application support, user enablement, training, and active participation in technology and change initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and successful adoption of core insurance systems across the business.

Key skills required for the role include:

• Hands-on experience supporting the Acturis Insurance Platform.
• Proven experience in a second-line application support role within a complex systems environment.
• Experience supporting insurance or financial services applications.
• Strong understanding of application support processes and service management frameworks.
• Experience working directly with business users and system vendors.
• Ability to support system changes, releases, and project activities.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with insurance data, reporting tools, and downstream integrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations within the insurance industry.
• Experience delivering end-user training and supporting system adoption.
• Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience supporting London Market insurance systems.
• Experience with DXC Brokasure Enterprise system.
