As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in the delivery and servicing of client insurance programmes
• Place a wide range of cross-class commercial risks within the market
• Provide clear, expert, and timely advice to clients on their insurance needs
• Build strong relationships with insurer partners and key stakeholders
• Deliver exceptional client service through efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and queries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
• Uphold strict client confidentiality at all times
• Ensure all activities are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, client-focused, and motivated to grow their career within a leading global brokerage.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in commercial insurance account handling
• Strong understanding of technical insurance principles and products
• Experience managing a varied client base, including complex risks
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• CII qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
