Head of Casualty - Retail
Due to a recent internal promotion we are recruiting the role of Retail Head of Casualty into the Lockton London Retail leadership team.
The Head of Casualty role will be responsible for leading the Casualty Placement team. The role will define and execute the long-term strategy for the Casualty Placement team, responsible for driving strategic growth and exceptional client service. This role leverages extensive expertise in casualty insurance to develop and manage complex accounts, manage the team, and drive team efficiency through innovative solutions. The Head of Casualty will also continuing to develop senior insurer relationships for the benefit of our clients and the LLP.
Leadership and Development:
Strategy
Actively contribute to the Retail strategy of Placement – including identifying and executing on opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement and process improvement to support the growth of the Retail business.
Partner closely with Head of Property to align strategic approach across the Placement teamSupport Head of Placement providing critical thinking around strategic direction, operational efficiencies, and general enhancements to continue to drive excellence within the team.
Partner with Producers to support New Business and RetentionHold senior insurer relationships for the benefit of our clients and the LLP.
Work closely with Market Management team to support strategic insurer relationships.Support MMG strategy, namely surveys and insurer pipelining.
Work closely with the Producers and Service teams to lead the development and execution of strategic programme reviews
Collaborate with Risk Practices across the LLP to drive innovation.
