Head of Communications - Maternity Cover
This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral member of the Marketing & Communications senior leadership team working in close alignment with business unit leaders. The Communications Director will lead the Comms team consisting of an Events Manager, Communications Manager and Copywriter.
The primary purpose of this role is to inspire and engage both external and internal audiences through clear, consistent, and compelling story telling – raising the awareness and reputation profile of the company. Leading strategic campaigns whilst connecting our people to the company purpose and business priorities through effective communication strategies is at the heart of this role.
Although experience within the Insurance industry would be beneficial, it’s not essential for the role, providing you have worked in FMCG Marketing or a similar type of corporate business.
