Healthcare Claims & Risk Management Assistant
We are looking for a Claims & Risk Management Assistant to join the Healthcare Team.
You would be responsible for the complete claims process, under the instruction of senior advocates including:
You should ideally have a healthcare background (preferable dental) with experience of governance and risk management
Insurance claims handling experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong numerical skills
Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to new systems / processes quickly
Proficient in Microsoft software applications, in particular, Excel/ PowerPoint
Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associates
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates
Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality
Demonstrated ability to instill confidence with clients where applicable
