Management Liability Account Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join our successful MLteam – this will be a combined client and market facing role providing great opportunity to grow your career with us.
Account Executive Role – What is involved?
As an Account Executive your primary role is to build and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients to ensure that we are providing the best service for all of their insurance needs. This will also include broking their risk coverage needs to the market to achieve the best coverage for our clients.
You will be responsible for an allocated portfolio of existing clients to support their ongoing insurance needs and renewal process. This will include supporting strategy meetings with clients, preparing market submissions, analysing renewal information, looking for opportunities to provide enhanced or additional services and tracking client policies through the renewal process.
As a Global company there will be plenty of opportunity for cross class exposure across all business lines we operate in. What is most important to us is your ability to understand what our clients need and provide a bespoke service to ensure these are met in the best possible way.
What are the typical responsibilities as an Account Executive?
· Building strong partnerships with your allocated portfolio of clients
· Proactively track client renewal periods, premium payments and any losses
· Analyse renewal information to prepare market submissions
· Provide client feedback to contribute to client review meetings and renewal strategy
· Prepare policy documentation including working with our wordings expert for any bespoke clause wording
· Support the claims team on any major losses
What skills and experience would we like you to have?
· As an Account Executive in the ML team it would be desirable for you to have experience of working on ML business from a broking, underwriting or wider insurance background
· Experience of preparing market submissions and policy documentation will be beneficial
· Due to the nature of the role you will need to be organized, proficient in using Microsoft office and be comfortable communicating with a wide range of clients and colleagues
· Desire to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a growing organisation
