The Operations Leader is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day business of the Construction practice including revenue predictions and tracking, compliance, oversight of credit control and the management of special projects. The Operations Leader will work closely with the Construction Practice Leader while remaining a part of the core operations structure.

You will deputise for the Operations Manager as required and will act as the liaison between the Construction Practice and Shared Services to ensure business requirements are articulated and met.

You will also work with the Finance team and Real Estate practice to collate financial performance measurements.

  Must be highly reliable and able to work efficiently without the requirement for close supervision. Will often work on a number of concurrent tasks, delegated by numerous sources.

  Must be highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and an ability to manage own workload as well as facilitate the needs of the Practice Leader, COO and Ops Mgr.
