Role Purpose

The Operations & Team Support Manager will provide dedicated operational, administrative and coordination support across the Lockton Portfolio Solutions Function (LPS)

As the team continues to grow and manage an expanding portfolio of facilities, portfolio solutions and strategic initiatives, this role will ensure effective governance, planning, reporting, and team coordination.

The position will act as a central point of support across LPS, allowing revenue-generating colleagues to focus on insurer engagement, proposition development, facility growth, and strategic delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate team priorities, project plans, and action tracking across LPS.
• 
  Support governance processes, reporting requirements and management information.
  Organise meetings, workshops, insurer reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• 
  Manage preparation of presentations, briefing papers and committee materials.
• 
  Support budgeting, invoice processing, and finance administration activities.
• 
  Coordinate onboarding and administrative support for new team members.
• 
  Maintain team documentation, process guides, and knowledge repositories.
• 
  Support communications across business units and Insurer stakeholders.
• 
  Assist with implementation tracking for new facilities and portfolio solutions.
• 
  Provide PA and executive support to members of the LPS team where required.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

  Experience supporting senior stakeholders.
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and reporting capabilities.
• 
  Experience within insurance, broking or professional services advantageous.
