Description

Role responsibilities

The role of Producer Support is therefore to work alongside the producers in prospect identification and winning, to meet our new business budget. This will be carried out by:

  • Identifying appropriate corporate client prospects
  • Identifying how best to access those prospects and market Lockton differentiators to them
  • This is both for individual clients and across sectors
  • Execute marketing plans and where possible, engage in the winning of the business 

The role of the apprentice in working with producers across their current existing client base:

  • Work alongside the producer and client team, to ensure client experiences and retention are sustained

The longer-term outcome for the individual in this role will be a very broad knowledge of the business, the ability to listen to others’ needs and translate that into customer satisfaction and new business success.

Candidate Profile

Entry requirements

  • A Levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • A diligent honest and collaborative approach, with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)/ similar software applications
  • Enthusiasm, ability to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
  • A strong work ethic and always prepared to go the extra mile
  • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
