We are now seeking individuals who will thrive in this type of atmosphere and, in line with continued success of the business, are now looking to recruit this newly-created Production Support role for our Non Marine Retrocession and Property Specialty team. 
 
 
About the role 
As a Production Support specialist within the Non-Marine Retrocession and Property Specialty team, you will work with our broking and client service teams to ensure contract certainty for our clients, delivering first-class service on Excess of Loss, Quota Share, ILW’s and ILS/Collateralised placements.  
 
You will have a high-level understanding of wordings and major coverage issues – the structure and content of reinsurance documents, and the reinsurance industry.  
 
You will create, structure and refine reinsurance contracts, making use of, and continuously developing, a broad network to leverage industry insights for your benefit.

• Prior experience in a similar treaty reinsurance role, supporting broking teams with evidenced knowledge of the reinsurance broking process and reinsurance contracts 
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen interest in the mechanics of reinsurance, policies and processes 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to communicate clearly with stakeholders in both formal and informal situations 
• Commercially astute – able to quickly interpret commercial challenges and driven to find solutions for our clients 
• Drive to learn – with a work ethic of continual improvement and excellent service 
• Personable – able to build effective and positive relationships, and communicate with a range of stakeholders
