Lockton Re is continuously expanding and a new role has been created within the International Property & Casualty (IPC) broking team for a Team Admin Assistant.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to the Executive Assistant of the Head of IPC and support the growing and dynamic IPC team.
  • Organise internal and external meetings including refreshments, lunches and dinners.
  • Book travel (hotels and all means of transport) – including both domestic and international.
  • Organise domestic and international events, working in conjunction with our Marketing Team, where required.
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to invoices and expenses.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties to support team and wider business.

Candidate Profile

Given the nature of this role, the successful candidate can be drawn from a variety of role and industry backgrounds, however core attributes, skills and experience which will be sought for this role include:

  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and precisely.
  • Use own initiative to get things done.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Proactive, energetic, upbeat, and efficient.
