Description
- Provide professional broking service to an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts
- Maintain good client relationship and grow the business of the portfolio assigned
- Responsible for the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of client's insurance programs
- Contribute to relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Candidate Profile
- University Degree of any discipline, with further education on insurance related subjects preferred
- 1-2 years experience in insurance industry with solid knowledge of Employee Benefits products, exposure to high-end medical plan is a definite advantage.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with good spoken and proposal writing and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A self-starter, energetic, with pleasant personality and good service attitude
