Account Executive (Employee Benefits)

Description

  • Provide professional broking service to an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts
  • Maintain good client relationship and grow the business of the portfolio assigned
  • Responsible for the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of client's insurance programs
  • Contribute to relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time

Candidate Profile

  • University Degree of any discipline, with further education on insurance related subjects preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in insurance industry with solid knowledge of Employee Benefits products, exposure to high-end medical plan is a definite advantage.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with good spoken and proposal writing and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A self-starter, energetic, with pleasant personality and good service attitude
