Account Executive - Mid Market

Description

  • Lead and manage relationships across a portfolio of UK mid-market clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and risk landscape.
  • Ensure excellent client service at renewal stage and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify a client’s risk management objective and advise upon changes in perceived risk exposure.
  • Agree and implement a client service plan and annual timetable of visits appropriate to the size and complexity of the client, to build commitment, develop relationships and review our performance.
  • Oversee and manage the renewal process, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with Lockton’s specialist teams, bringing additional expertise to meet the specific needs of mid-market clients when required.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent knowledge and experience for UK Mid-Market clients
  • Outstanding and proven track record in successful client service and retention
