Account Executive/Senior Account Executive - Guanghzou
Description
- To provide professional insurance advice and day to day service to support retention and development of the business.
- Provision of support to management and other client service team members in the overall servicing of the client’s insurance programme.
- Obtain quotations both for new and renewal business as required.
- Preparation of market and client documentation.
- Support his supervising manager in the product liability insurance supplier schemes.
- Deal effectively (and to the satisfaction of the client and the market) with queries, including but not limited to changes in cover and risk.
- Provide clear instruction of billing and file management to the administrator.
- Compliance with Lockton procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Take on duties as assigned by his supervising manager and the company
Candidate Profile
- Tertiary education with minimum two years working experience in general insurances in a broker firm or an insurance company.
- Experience in dealing with clients, especially on telephone and email communication.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential (knowledge of mandarin will be an advantage).
- A thorough knowledge of the computer desktop software provided by Lockton.
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese wording processing will be an advantage).
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
