As an Account Handler, you will be provide day-to-day service delivery to a varied portfolio of UK and European property owner and real estate clients, acting as a client advocate and serving as a key contact.
You will respond promptly to account queries, identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with the AE and provide management information as requested.
You will also build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts.
Collaborate within the AH community and take responsibility for delivering results against projects or innovation initiatives whilst also supporting the AE community. Sharing best practice also within the community.
