• Manage the placement of a wide range of commercial risks within the insurance market
• Provide expert, timely advice to clients on their insurance programmes and risk requirements
• Liaise with insurer partners to negotiate and secure appropriate coverage solutions
• Take ownership of day-to-day servicing, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries
• Manage and coordinate outbound multinational insurance programmes, ensuring effective implementation and servicing across multiple territories
• Work closely with international broker partners to support global client requirements
• Carry out due diligence analysis on acquisition target insurance portfolios, supporting business growth and acquisition activity
• Support the review and assessment of insurance portfolios, identifying potential risks, liabilities, and opportunities
• Ensure accurate and efficient file management, maintaining high standards of documentation and record keeping
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver a high standard of service in line with team and client expectations

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Account Manager with experience working across commercial or corporate insurance programmes.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within commercial, corporate, or multinational insurance account management
• Previous account handling experience within a corporate insurance environment
• Experience managing multinational insurance programmes and coordinating with international broker networks
• Strong understanding of technical insurance issues and the ability to apply this knowledge in client-facing scenarios
• Experience conducting portfolio reviews, due diligence exercises, or supporting acquisition-related insurance assessments would be advantageous
• Experience working with a diverse client base across varying levels of risk complexity
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• CII qualified or working towards (desirable)
