We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Account Manager/ Broker Support to join our growing and newly formed Crisis Management Team in the city!

Crisis Management Team

This is a newly formed team, part of the highly successful Specialty division of Lockton. It focuses on three main areas globally - Product Recall, PV /Terrorism and Special Contingency. This role sits within an established Account Management team for PV/Terrorism who provide support to the Placing Brokers across the all crisis management lines.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing Technical support to the Placing Brokers in the Special Contingency team
  • Ability to create open market MRC’s and facility declaration off-slips and endorsements.
  • Some day-to-day client and market involvement where required.
  • Preparing market submissions for new and renewal business
  • Liaising with clients to request information.
  • Preparation of Final Terms/Binding documents for Clients
  • Working closely with processing and Accounts teams in order to monitor premium payments and assist in chasing for outstanding funds.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in handling PV / Terrorism.
  • Competent in putting together MRC slips and knowledge of market standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative.
  • Ability to work 3 days in the office (as a minimum)
  • Some previous experience of brokasure system would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A working knowledge of PPL process would be beneficial.
  • A working knowledge of MRCv3 would be beneficial.
