Description

The purpose of this role is to provide Administration & Sales Support to the Individual Financial Planning team across the People Solutions practice, managing queries/placements and ensuring services are coordinated and delivered effectively. 

 
Key Tasks & Duties

 

  •  Understand client requirements and provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop key, close working relationships and liaising with product providers on various issues.
  • Deliver day to day servicing support to the financial planning team, supporting retention and development of business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and that procedures and internal controls are fully adhered to.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the performance of daily pipeline, ensuring all workflow processes are implemented while ensuring all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with procedures.
  • Assisting in the general day to day administration office tasks and various projects throughout the year.
  • Co-ordinate the use of other Lockton specialist teams where required.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively focusing on priorities, targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to promote and implement processes for improvement.
  • Good critical thinker and able to distil complex issues down into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn, a proactive approach and ability to research information.
  •  QFA Qualification and experience in operations ideally in a brokerage an advantage.
