We are looking to grow our ProExec team to support the success of our Malta business, acting as a leading insurance broker in the financial and professional services sector, working with local and international insurers. This team handles insurance business for the following sectors/classes of insurance - Financial Institutions, Professional Indemnity, Directors’ and Officers’ Liability and Cyber.

The ultimate objective is to provide support and eventually provide account management services for a growing portfolio of clients.

You will provide day to day servicing of a client's insurance programme to support retention and development of the business including supporting placements and managing renewals.

 

As part of training and development, you may undertake occasional business travel to the UK offices.

Candidate Profile

  • Willingness and ability to continue professional development through formal and informal learning, both internal and external to the company.
  • Experience and understanding of handling/supporting the insurance programmes for clients.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of client service.
  • An understanding of the general, legal principles of insurance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • An understanding of the relevant insurance products and of the local financial services landscape will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently and under pressure managing clients’ deadlines and responding within agreed SLAs.
