Description

Our Glasgow Retail Team is looking for a new Business Development Associate to join the team.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is hungry to succeed and looking to advance their career within a growing sales team.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Generating new business leads and scheduling new business          opportunities.
  • Maintaining and keeping the CRM system up to date.
  • Managing own diary and making sure all leads are accurately followed up.
  • Working towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets.

 

This is a remote working role with occasional travel to the Glasgow office.

Candidate Profile

You should have the following experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a sales / lead generating role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A confident and proactive approach when speaking to new leads.
  • Be a key contributor to the sales team
  • You should possess strong problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Resilience
  • Self starter

 

Knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial but not essential.
