Due to our expanding International P&C business unit, Lockton Re are now seeking to hire this Client Services Advocate position, specifically focused on Binder business.

 

Role Responsibilities

In this Binders-specific position, responsibilities will include:

  • Identify client’s individual requirements and work alongside them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Candidates need to be able to manage priorities and where necessary work closely alongside our production team.
  • Processing FDO’s.
  • Review and process premium and claim bordereaux.
  • Knowledge of Tax/other regulations.
  • Negotiate claims from initial notice, through to the settlement.
  • Processing loss funds and loss fund top ups in a timely manner.
  • Proactive in dealing with queries from Velonetic.
  • Participate in client and reinsurer meetings as required.
  • Daily monitoring of held balances to follow our “pay as paid” process, working closely alongside our IBA team.
  • Assist with the mentoring and development of team members.         

Candidate Profile

Successful applicants will be able to evidence experience in the following role requirements:

  • Essential in-depth knowledge of IMR, CLASS, ECF and LORS.
  • Advantageous for candidate to have experience of Open TWINS
  • Experience with dealing with large corporate clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, reinsurers and other associates, including RFP’s and regular presentations both internal and external.
  • Manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
