Title
Designer/Design Assistant
Description
- Assist Marketing and Communication Manager and different teams in Greater China region.
- Update and elaborate on documents, artworks and publish designs strictly adhered to corporate brand guidelines, templates and campaigns.
- Assist business teams on handling reports, presentations or produce artwork for corporate use. PDF handling, execution and processing. Printing output processing.
- Communicate and handle artwork proofing processes with printing vendors.
- Assist technical staffs and social media managers on producing website graphics or photo retouching.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum HKDSE Chinese and English language level 3 or equivalent.
- Good language understanding skills. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
- Designer with graphic, printing, and/or web experience for 2-3 years or above.
- Experience in Insurance and Financial Services is an advantage but not necessary.
- Applicants with less experience or fresh graduates are welcomed and would be considered as Design Assistant.
- Able to handle multiple tasks flexibly and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective team player and good listener. Have a strong sense of detail.
- Able to translate ideas into creative artwork or presentation. Gather feedback and evaluate.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint designs.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge in digital photography and hands-on experience in photo retouching.
