We are seeking an Engineer – End User Experience with several years of experience specializing in Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, policy enforcement, security management, and application deployment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices within an enterprise environment while ensuring compliance, security, and a seamless user experience.

As an Engineer, you will work with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and security policies to support endpoint configuration, application packaging, and device lifecycle management. This role requires strong technical expertise in Intune, automation, troubleshooting, and security compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• Several years of experience in Desktop Engineering, endpoint management, application packaging, and device security with a focus on Microsoft Intune.

• Expertise in managing Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

• Strong hands-on experience with application packaging & deployment using MSIX, MSI, App-V, and Intune Win32 apps.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and policy enforcement.

• Deep understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and Intune MDM/MAM policies.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in endpoint connectivity, Intune policy conflicts, and compliance failures.

Preferred:

• Certifications - Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Azure Security Engineer Associate, ITIL v4.

• Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), and Microsoft Purview compliance tools.

• Familiarity with endpoint monitoring solutions such as ControlUp.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
