Facilities & Binders Account Manager – What is involved?
As an Account Manager you will work with the Broking and Account Management teams across the Specialty business to service and support on binder and facility business across a range of business lines and geographical locations.
You will be responsible for producing and managing bordereaux, drafting facility contracts and endorsements, working with the TSG processing team to manage queries, and working with the IBA accounts team to ensure prompt processing and payment of premium.
Candidate Profile
What Experience Should You Have?
- Previous experience of working in a bordereaux processing role would be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of facility contracts, slips and endorsements would be highly beneficial
- Experience of working in a similar technical insurance support or processing role would be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s market systems Atlas and DCOM would be beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
