About the Role
As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of demand generation, using content-driven campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and communications, to execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
You’ll also play a key role in strengthening marketing’s position within the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing plans to support the business plan or objectives set by divisional heads, working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications
- Act as a trusted advisor and key contact for content driven, growth marketing campaigns
- Create and manage content driven, integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospects in existing and new markets
- Collaborate closely with in-house specialists and freelancers to ensure that all marketing output is engaging, on-brand and executed with excellence
- Measure the success of all marketing activities undertaken and incorporate learnings to steer future activity
- Strengthen marketing’s position internally, advocating for data-driven, client-centric marketing strategies.
- Share expertise, knowledge and best practice to add value across the Marketing & Communications team and for the greater benefit of the business
- Collaborate with the group-wide marketing team to ensure alignment with Lockton practices and ongoing contribution to marketing improvement and best practice
