Description

Lockton currently requires an Insurer Relationship Manager to join our Market Management Group team, reporting into the Senior Relationship Manager.

 

Working in this high-profile team you will be responsible for supporting the account management of a portfolio of insurance carriers.

 

Working in support of a Senior Relationship Manager, your remit will include the following areas:

  • Meetings: Involvement in monthly Distribution Meetings (preparation, attendance, notes & actions), Quarterly Governance Reviews (formal with minutes) Annual Review (usually as part of Renewal Exercise) Ad-hoc meetings as required to support Focus Areas Maintenance of Action Tracker.

 

  • Stewardship Reports: (input into design, question set, 'deep-dive areas', 1-2-1 meetings. Checking of initial & final drafts, delivery to carriers and follow- up meetings to discuss findings and agree remedial actions).

 

  • MI: Assist in producing quarterly MI carrier reports

 

  • Be the focal point for Market Management for day-to-day communications with internal/external stakeholders across your portfolio of insurers

 

  • Provide input into design of Services

 

  • Participate on contract negotiation including liaison with carriers/and Lockton's own Legal & Compliance teams

 

  • Ad-hoc requests for assistance from around the business (note, unlike our competitors, Lockton have not split Insurer Relationship Management from Broking and the MMG team are seen as a one-stop-shop for all things market related)

 

  • The team are supported by 20+ Partners in the business (mainly London) on various accounts and they will need to be prompted, coaxed, reminded etc.
