Description
As Lockton’s global Transaction Liability platform continues to scale at pace, we are seeking an International Operations Specialist to support operational consistency, financial tracking, and international market access across regions.
This role sits at the heart of a high‑growth, globally connected TL practice, working closely with regional TL teams, finance, and key insurance markets. You will play a hands‑on role in ensuring data accuracy, billing integrity, insurer compliance, and seamless coordination across jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
This is a high‑impact role in a business that is actively globalising. You will gain exposure to international deal flow, senior stakeholders, and evolving global infrastructure — with real opportunity to shape how the TL platform operates as it continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential)
- Experience or interest in financial tracking, revenue processes, or billing workflows
- High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and time zones
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across global teams
- Interest in insurance markets and regulatory frameworks
About The Position
- Extracting, analysing, and interpreting data (including Salesforce) to support marketing and business development activity
- Tracking revenue across global TL transactions and partnering with TL and billing teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitoring billing processes and proactively identifying discrepancies or issues - Ensuring insurer engagement aligns with approved insurer lists and compliance requirements
- Managing Terms of Business (TOBs) between Lockton and insurer entities
- Supporting insurer account setups to enable efficient global billing
Assisting international teams (including the US) in accessing London and EU insurance markets - Acting as a key coordination point across regional TL, operations, and finance teams
- Supporting process improvements as the TL platform continues to scale globally
