We are now seeking individuals who will thrive in this type of atmosphere and, in line with the expanding Treaty portfolio, we are now looking to recruit a Reinsurance Client Service Technician to join our expanding team.

 

As part of our continued growth, we have created this new Team Assistant position within our London North America broking team which will work alongside an Executive Assistant in order to provide PA and administration support to the UK-based team of Brokers and Client Servicing team.

 

Objectives of this role

  • Support the London North America team and provide additional support to executive team members as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal teams on various projects and tasks EG internal operations.
  • Plan and orchestrate trips for the internal team as well as external clients.
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to invoices and expenses.
  • Take a lead role on the collection and reporting of the Gifts & Entertainment for the London North America Team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
  • Providing a broad range of support for the team and EA including diary management, holistic EA support as appropriate.
  • Manage team members travel logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals.
  • Provide administrative and office support, emails, minutes etc.
  • Assist with organisation on planning team events, both internal and off-site
  • Liaise with facilities and catering and book requests in advance.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who are driven to deliver great service to our teams and when engaging with clients and providers externally too. Whilst we are not seeking specific prior work experience, you will need to showcase the following skills or attributes:

  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proactive, energetic, upbeat, and efficient
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Highly organised and analytical, with the ability to multi-task, co-ordinate and prioritise your workload.
  • Professional manner, able to deal well with pressure and use own initiative to get things done, without compromising accuracy.
