Description

The Multinational Leader role will be responsible for executing Lockton’s multinational strategy. The role includes helping define and execute Lockton’s global strategy alongside leading a growing multinational team.

The role will also be responsible for providing advice and taking the lead on our multinational complex accounts.

Working closely with Lockton’s London leadership team, you will be responsible for helping manage our global partners and liaise directly with insurers and clients to champion Lockton’s multinational proposition.

 

  • Global travel requirements to meet Lockton’s Global Partners and attend Global conferences.
  • Identifying and engaging with new business prospects to produce new clients for Lockton
  • Overall relationship management and retention responsibility for large, complex client accounts.
  • Responsibility and accountability for the global service delivery across both client and business unit portfolio
  • Lockton IP knowledge management – targeted distribution of Lockton material and utilising breadth of sector expertise to build effective RFP’s
  • Maintenance and development of insurers multinational proposition
  • Execution of the Fee Agreement and internal Lockton revenue negotiation with network partners
  • Overseeing and agreeing the Value Added Services strategy
  • Management and chairing of client meetings
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner for our clients
  • Networking with broaden Lockton colleagues to collaborate across disciplines to identify added services that drive revenue growth
  • Implementation and development of Lockton’s multinational development software

Candidate Profile

  • Expert understanding of the relevant classes of business.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with success. 
  • Ability build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associates.
  • Ability to prepare an execute strategic direction and thought leadership.  
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate as appropriate.
  • Exceptional presentation skills in both preparation and execution.
  • Professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.

Demonstrated ability to instil confidence with clients so that the client looks to you and to Lockton as more than just an insurance broker, but as a partner in the business.

Ability to coordinate the production of Lockton reports or presentation material which clearly explains necessary detail to clients, insurers and associates.
