Description
Office administration and building management to ensure the Lockton Workspace is meeting all the requirements of key stakeholders. Also to back up the receptionist.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure the Workspace is clean and operational.
- Engage the building management in matters related to the office and building.
- Improving the Workspace environment.
- Apply and use technology solutions in the daily work.
- Back up receptionist’s role in her absence for eg. assisting with preparation and serving drinks if not in the office.
- Ordering of office supplies.
- Safety of office operations.
- Assist in events organized in the office.
- Manage the lockers, keys, admin assets etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager or as needed/relevant.
Candidate Profile
- Facilities management
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
