Title
Operations & Finance Assistant
Description
The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Operations with achieving the operational strategy of the business.
- Preparation of material for governance meetings (Business Unit reports, Divisional Exco meetings, Team meetings)
- Responsibility for MI reporting-mthly & ad-hoc as required
- Responsibility for revenue tracking
- Assist in the prompt resolution of accounts queries, overdue cash collection, bad debt, unmatched cash & funding
- Maintenance & development of Lapse register
- General business updates including Org Charts etc.
- Support on corporate operational improvement projects
- Responsibility of New starter welcome pack, email & ambassador programme
- Maintain quality of data on Sector/A4B, Database as and where required
- Liaise with Introducers on payaways
- Ad hoc administrative support for HOO & COO
Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Advanced Powerpoint & Excel are an advantage)
- Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated & pro-active
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
