We are seeking proven new business winners and commercially focused client consultants able to advise across all lines of health, risk and well-being. As a Producer you will have the commerciality to recognise and generate new business opportunities and lead conversion to the Lockton Benefits Practice. You will be client focused, comfortable building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, our markets and internally, to capitalise on new business opportunities via connections and peers.


You will be responsible for;


  • Supporting marketing plans including owned campaigns and events
  • Active prospecting and management of new business pipeline
  • Working with Lockton colleagues, Global Partners and Introducing Partners to broaden distribution channels
  • Leading prospect meetings and pitches
  • Producing proposal documents, response to tenders and presentation materials
  • Feeding in to annual business planning and forecasting
  • Maintaining and expanding own client relationships, both in terms of quality and value

Candidate Profile

The right candidate will be an experienced employee benefits professional with a broader appreciation of health, risk and well-being strategies and when these are useful to clients.

You will demonstrate the ability to instil confidence with clients so that the client looks to you and to Lockton as more than just an insurance broker, but as a partner in business.

Being professional and tactful in negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives is a pre-requisite along with the ability to present, both in preparation and execution.
