Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Be the trusted advisor, strategic marketing leader, and key brand marketing liaison for Specialty (Wholesale)
- Develop multi-channel strategic marketing plans to support the business plan or objectives set by each divisional head
- Ensure divisional marketing strategies align to Lockton’s overarching marketing strategy set by the CMO, whilst also aligning to Lockton’s unique brand identity, differentiators, and narrative
- Work with central marketing teams and channel specialists to support strategic marketing delivery and create compelling multi-channel campaign activity
- Work closely with our global brand and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand alignment across global divisions
- Be a strategic lead in the brand positioning and execution of the overarching Lockton marketing strategy.
- Support the B2B Marketing Director and CMO in building out 5 Year EU & UK marketing strategy to deliver the EU & UK business objectives.
- Play a key role in building the business case for required investment to deliver a 5-year Marketing strategy.
- Seek opportunities to innovate strategic brand creative with each division by collaborating with our in-house designers.
- Consistently measure success of marketing activities undertaken and incorporate learnings to steer future activity.
- Identify and pursue PR opportunities for Lockton and work with our central marketing team specialists to maximise publicity.
- Be a leading figure for your direct team, marketing team, and divisional stakeholders when driving best practice copywriting, content creation, brand awareness, brand engagement, lead-generation, digital marketing. social media marketing, PR, advertising, event marketing, and email marketing.
- Ensure the ongoing management and accuracy of Lockton’s website content.
As the marketing lead for one of our largest and fastest growing business divisions, Specialty (Wholesale) you will be the trusted advisor for all aspects of marketing and act as a fundamental facilitator to help each business division achieve their commercial goals and growth aspirations.
