Personal Assistant
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join Lockton’s Global Real Estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background supporting senior executives in a corporate environment, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
In this position, you will provide dedicated PA support to one Executive Partner, and three additional partners. Although experience within the Insurance industry would be beneficial, it’s not essential for the role, providing you have worked in a similar type of corporate, professional services business.
Responsibilities include diary management, booking travel, creating agenda's, taking minutes, managing expenses and occasional administrative tasks.
